Charming House has two indipendent cosy and quiet apartments, located both on the ground floor of the villa. All apartments have charm and character and a breathtaking sea view over the Amalfi Coast.

Ischia apartment has a barrel vault ceiling and one door overlooking the sea view terrace.

Each apartment is about 50 square meters (about 540 square feet), and is composed of:
- large bedroom/livingroom with a double bed
- full equipped small kitchen
- large bathroom with wc, shower and a washing machine. 

The extraordinarily thick walls keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summertime.
